We gather in preparation this evening for our national day of Thanksgiving to remember with gratitude the gifts that our Lord has given. Yet as we reflect on what we've received, may we also take the time to give thanks for the gifts that we didn't know we needed, especially the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we receive all the gifts of our heavenly Father.
